Captain Foraker was named Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) of the Year by the VFW Post 5954 in Red Hill

Capt. Foraker’s contributions to our EMS program cannot be understated. Not only does he manage the program but he also responds to the majority of the medical emergencies we respond to.

We would like to congratulate Capt. Foraker for his accomplishments and thank VFW Post 5954 of Red Hill for acknowledging his contributions to the community.
